A Little Bit About Me

I'm Sarah, I live with my husband and 3 gorgeous children.

I have worked in Early Years since my eldest was 10 months old.

My husband and I own a nursery which I was manager of from April 2017 until July 2022 when we moved from Sussex to Lincolnshire.

Since moving, I have become an OCN certified sleep consultant.

.

Having had 3 children, all who have slept and developed in completely different ways and at different stages, I like to think I can empathise with a lot of parents wondering "is this normal?" and "am I doing this right?".

I have had the child who only napped for 30 minutes at a time, the child who would only go to sleep if fed or rocked and I have encountered the relentless 3am parties.

When my eldest was a baby, sleep consultants didn't seem to be "a thing" and the only advertised sleep training method was controlled crying. It broke my heart to hear my baby cry himself to sleep which is why, when I decided to train to be a sleep consultant myself, I knew I would take a more gentle approach.

I know first hand how overwhelming being a parent to a new little one can be, and the idea of sleep training can also be daunting which is why my approach is gentle, working with you for the best outcome for you, your child and your family.
